Band camp.....D8

yyyyyyyeah... I leave for bandcamp today ~1:30-2:00 ish.

then I'm gone until friday night. I'll be sweating to death, working my ass off, terrorizing freshman, and dying of the heat.
WOO!!!

....I'm a senior, so this is my last band camp......... D8

it's sad--I really want to go to Otakon, so the want-of-convention-goodtimes is what's going to propel me through band camp. So I'm probably not going to cherish the band camp memories as much as I should.

My friend Stephen (a co-section leader for my section) broke his ankle playing 'Jump the Creek' on Friday. And, in all honestly, I was like "...yeah. That sounds like Stephen."

anyway, I'll probably update the journal again on Friday to signal my still-alive return from band camp...

I remember band camp. I was in band for two years. My junior and senior year. I was in the flag team or color guard... or whatever you want to call them. It was fun though! We started band camp three weeks before school. Two weeks of hard work, but it is fun. Have fun! :D
