Tada This is D'Carson, my steampunk character. He's from a series that I call 'Clockwork Guns', which I'm writing. (It's called such because each story is named after a a gun. Clockwork Revolver, Clockwork Rifle, Clockwork Gattling)
Stats: Name: Pierre D'Carson Grüsster Nationality: English Birthplace: Stopcatch, (Southern) England Height: 6'1'' Age: 26 Birthday: January 17 Job: Watch Repairman Story: D'Carson's parents died when he was young, and all he was left with was a rifle called Our Lady Grace. He was adopted by a watch repairman named Richter, who taught him how to repair watches and clocks. He passed away when D'Carson was 23. One day a Sky Pirate, named Annie-Marie von Descaraut, tried to steal Our Lady Grace. D'Carson chased after her and succeeded in getting his rifle back, and when she demanded to know who he was he stated that he was a repairman. Thinking this meant that he could fix anything, she abducted him the next day and declared he was now the Repairman of her Sky Pirate crew, and ordered him to fix the engines of her ship, the Ivalice. When he questioned what she would do if he told her he was only a watch repairman, she responded that she would probably have to kill him. Unable to tell whether or not she was joking, D'Carson kept his mouth shut and then had to struggle to learn how to repair steam engines.
So, how's the story sound?
BTW, that thing down by my right side (left in the picture) is a bottle of watch gears that D'Carson carries around in order to repair watches, and the glasses are fitted with magnification lenses. Also used to repair watches.
Steampunk: Basically, it's a 'futurepast'. It is the answer to the question 'What if the Victorian era had harnessed steam power?' Which is why most Steampunk fashion involves brass and gears and goggles.
I love this outfit, I really do, but AAAAAHHHH the tailcoat is so HEAVYYYY. And it's also quite a few layers @_@ I'll need to have some water with me in Baltimore.
Wow! Deanna looks good in tails and a top hat! ^_^ How to solve the water issue...hmm. How about get a sticker of the gears, put it on the outside of the bottle and then fil it with water for the con? That could work...right?
